Milk & Honey: The first one. Still on the shelf

Milk & Honey

The first one. Still on the shelf.

Our first national retail brand: a dairy and honey range built for a shelf we had never designed for.

Milk & Honey, Kinderhook, NY

Packaging

2018

In 2018 we were two people in a shared space in Gowanus. Milk & Honey was the first client who asked what the product would look like in a supermarket at eye level.

What we did

A two-word name set as one lockup, a color per product family, and a photograph of the actual farm on the back of every pack instead of a story about tradition.

It is still on shelves, largely unchanged. It is the reason the studio exists.
